This is a private-test draft, not approved terms for public sales. The owner must supply business and tax details and obtain legal review before launch. These explanations do not change an offer you already accepted.
Your accepted offer is for one website: its agreed pages, features and images, one initial revision and the exact version you approve. Website ownership has no operation subscription. Website + operation has a monthly or annual charge for running that same website, with a monthly editing allowance. Additional websites, domains and other services require a separate agreement.
All current USD prices are provisional test values. KERDARO must establish its business details, taxes and invoicing before real billing. Direct text and image changes use no AI credits. For an AI change, you see the work and credit cost before starting. Purchased credits never expire; unused included monthly credits do not carry over. Failed or rejected changes return the credits set aside for them. KERDARO still records its own costs. There are no automatic extra charges or charges for ordinary clarification.
Accepting the pages and price authorizes the build without a deposit. You inspect and approve a specific checked version before payment. After purchase you can download its website files, images and any included server software, even after cancelling editing or operation; a refund reverses that purchase access. Every replacement needs approval and retains the earlier version. Reverting the design keeps newer enquiries and appointments. You must have permission to use supplied materials. Stock and demonstration images must not be described as your actual work.
For materials you supply or expressly authorize, you permit KERDARO to use the confirmed business name, approved public contact details, logo, photographs, text and product information only to prepare the agreed private preview, revise it, deliver the purchased files and, if you separately publish, operate the approved website. Tell us when a source is private or a third party's rights are unresolved; it will be omitted or substituted until cleared for the relevant use. Permission to display the website in KERDARO's public portfolio or advertising is separate, optional and initially off. Declining it does not prevent a normal purchase. Neither permission authorizes unrelated model training or use for another customer.
KERDARO can run the website privately in this test, save its enquiries, appointments and conversations, process them and keep local backups, within the agreed limits. Public hosting, using your domain with HTTPS and sending notifications outside this test are not ready yet. Saving a notification here does not mean an email was sent. An assistant answering from approved business information needs no AI key. Location, data-processing arrangements and outside-service agreements must be agreed before launch; no unrestricted choice of region or legal-compliance guarantee is offered.
You can request cancellation from website management. In this test it stops local renewal after the paid period; an outside billing service must confirm cancellation before real billing is considered stopped. Where the offer provides it, nonpayment has seven days of grace before operation pauses. Purchased website files remain downloadable. For KERDARO-operated websites, business records are retained for 30 days after expiry; export them before deletion. Applicable cancellation and refund rights take precedence. The final policy needs review for the actual business and market. Refund requests are recorded for review. You keep your domain; transfers follow your domain company’s process.
Managed operation supports daily backups and keeps seven copies on this server. A separate off-server backup location is not configured. We restore a copy and check its files and records before you explicitly approve replacing current data. No uptime or recovery-time guarantee is offered. You can import a copy of a simple website containing HTML pages, styles and images, or business records in our documented format. Imports do not alter the original. WordPress and other website-system databases and executable code cannot be imported. Customers operating their own servers are responsible for running the included backup tools.
KERDARO uses business, enquiry, appointment and assistant records only to provide agreed operation, requested support and authorized recovery. Access is limited to the relevant business and recorded. We do not send entire business databases to website-generation AI or reuse those records for training, marketing, unrelated analysis or other customers. AI services receive the submitted brief, selected business facts, images and existing website content needed for the requested change. Passwords and keys stay on servers and are excluded from website downloads. Downloaded business records contain personal data: keep them private. Support access is limited to the recorded request. Retention, deletion and outside-service agreements need the owner’s legal review.
Acceptance saves the offer and this version of the terms. Existing agreements stay in place. Future changes to price or service need advance notice and appropriate consent or an exit option. Before a public launch the owner must supply KERDARO’s registered business details, address, privacy contact, applicable law, tax treatment, outside-service agreements and final cancellation policy.
